Overview
Rooms equipped with a camera will have a remote near the lectern use to control zoom and direction. The cameras is automatically selected when you log into the in room PC desktop and open Zoom.
Common Issues
- The camera remotes have a short range. You may need to get directly under or near to the camera in order for the remote to reach it.
- Another common issue is that the remote needs to be set to Camera 1 (or Camera 2 depending on how many cameras are in the room and which ones the user is trying to control).
