Go to mathworks.com, click on Sign In in upper right corner.
Enter oxy email address
You will be directed to an Oxy login portal
Enter your Oxy credentials to log in.
Click on the Matlab icon at the top of the page or click on the Install Matlab button at the top right of the page.
Select the release version you choose to install, then hit download.
