My center cursor key for my phone has a "VM" shortcut but it doesn't dial my voicemail - how do I fix it?

That shortcut option can be set up in the same way as your other speed dial keys:

• Press Feature
• Press the center cursor key
• Dial 4000
• Press Feature
• "Speed Set" will appear on the top LCD screen
