Please note that only Oxy faculty and staff can request a Gmail shared mailbox. Requests from students will be automatically rejected.
After submitting your request, the mailbox will be automatically created within a few working hours. You will be emailed the username and password. You may then enable delegation so you can access this mailbox through your account.
Requirements for shared mailbox requests:
- Email addresses should only have letters & numbers and can not have spaces.
- Accounts also require a First and Last name to be designated. The First and Last names may contain spaces.
- If an email address is already in use, you will get an email to that effect after submission.
