How do I change the greeting for another mailbox I manage?

  • Dial x4000
  • Press **
  • Dial the extension for the voicemail box you need to access
  • Enter the security code 
    • If this is the first-time setup use 0000 as the security code and continue through the setup.
    • Otherwise, Press 3 for Phone Manager Options
  • Press 4 to record a new standard greeting
  • Press any key to stop recording
  • Press 5 to save message
